Mari Shimizu "Wachtraum" SIGNED

Mari Shimizu's long-awaited second book is themed "Daydreams.” Gazing at the world through a melancholic lens, the dolls are the fruit of her inspiration, living in the glamorous world of Victorian splendor, the fantasy of Alice in Wonderland, as well as vampires and mythology.

She actively holds solo and other exhibitions in Japan and abroad. In 2011-2014, her dolls were exhibited at the Diocesan Museum of Brescia, Italy. They were also used for the CD jacket of the band "MUCC", the movie "Alice in Dreamland", and the live performance by Sukekiyo and Kyo of Dir en Grey in 2015.
