Takato Yamamoto "Altar of Narcissus" Expanded Black Edition SIGNED (2023)

Takato Yamamoto's "Altar of Narcissus" was originally published in 2002 with the first major reprint issued in 2007, and again in 2019. This is the NEW expanded edition with a black slipcase cover for 2023. Along with featuring new art not in previous editions, it comes signed by Yamamoto. 

This book is widely popular as a collection of Yamamoto’s masterpieces. While carrying on the traditions of Edo Ukiyoe and Bishounen (beautiful youth) painting, it sublimates the romanticism of Pre-Raphaelite and European fantasy art of the fin de siècle as well as the sensuality and perversion of bondage and misery paintings.
