Suehiro Maruo 40TH ANNIVERSARY MARUOGRAPH DX III expanded SIGNED Blue Green

A Genius, Suehiro Maruo's 40 years' work was collected here. This is an expanded, new edition of the out of print MARUO GRAPH DXIII issued in 2018. 

He moved to Tokyo at the age of fifteen, and debuted as a porn cartoonist for an underground alternative comic, “Garo” at the age of 24. 

Maruo Suehiro’s 40th Anniversary art exhibit, “NEXT ONE” was held at gallery SUGATA in Kyoto from Oct 27th to Nov 7, 2021 and at Merry Art Gallery in Yokohama from Dec 18 to Jan 23, 2022. 

Contents of military green (40th anniversary) and blue green (40th anniversary) editions are the same. The only difference is the dust jacket color.

Suehiro Maruo (Born in 1956)

A JAPANESE MANGA ARTIST, ILLUSTRATOR, PAINTER BORN IN NAGASAKI, NAGASAKI

At first, he was working for a bookbinder. In 1980, he made his official debut as a manga artist in Ribon no Kishi. Maruo was a frequent contributor to the legendary underground manga magazine Garo. Though most prominently known for his work as a manga artist, Maruo has also produced illustrations for concert posters, CD Jackets, magazines, novels, and various other media. Some of his characters have been made into figures as well.
